Who are the Friends of the Festival?
The Friends of the Festival are patrons such as yourself who have in the past, financially supported us, the festival weekend and the Beachport community, by purchasing a ticket and attending our fun-filled evening. As a valued “friend” you are entitled to a discounted ticket. New guests pay full price for the first function they attend…but we guarantee they will be back!!

The Beachport Bowling Club
Friday February 22, 2008
6.30pm until midnight

The Beachport Bowling Club will be transformed back to a carefree era where Cadillac’s, poodle skirts, drive-in theatres, milkshakes, bryl cream and Rock n Roll music were all the go.

You will enjoy pre-dinner drinks on arrival, delivered to you by our fantastic Rock n Roll waiters and waitresses, while being entertained by renowned musical duo “Prawnhead” and our two flirtatious Rock n Roll floozies!!! Fabulous food prepared by our outstanding chef and served in our diner is guaranteed to satisfy your taste buds and hunger pangs.

A variety of exceptional Hollick wines, West End beer and soft drinks provided by the Beachport Hotel, are yours to savour for the duration of the evening.

It will be a night of hilarious, fun filled entertainment, along with fantastic music to jive to, provided by cool Adelaide rockers “2 Hard Basket.” Dress is formal, but we would love you to join in the fun and wear a Rock n Roll cossie.

Traci Chambers has once again generously donated a piece of her beautiful hand crafted jewellery to be auctioned, while a few of our ‘props’ may also go under the hammer on the evening.

A memento of the occasion and drink voucher for use at Saturdays Travelworld Millicent 2008 Beachport Festival by the Sea are also included in this package.

$95 per person for EXISTING 2006 members
$120 per person for NEW members joining us for the first time
